Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Support internal and external financial reporting, including oversight of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and external reporting requirements

Research and analyze complex accounting issues and transactions under U.S. GAAP and prepare technical accounting memoranda

Evaluate accounting implications for significant or non-routine transactions, including revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, business combinations, debt arrangements, and impairments

Maintain and update the Company’s accounting policies and procedures

Monitor and interpret new accounting standards issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and support adoption of new accounting standards

Support accounting integration related to mergers and acquisitions

Provide accounting guidance to business unit leaders on new initiatives, contracts, and transactions

Serve as a key liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits

Support SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting, including control documentation, coordination with internal audit, and support of external audit inquiries

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive accounting experience

Experience supporting publicly traded companies

CPA required

Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and SEC reporting requirements

Experience with M&A integration, working capital, and cash flow analysis
