Jr. HR Generalist New Haven County, CT (oniste) Do you enjoy being the person employees turn to for help and bringing people together? My client, a family-friendly manufacturing firm, is looking for an HR Coordinator who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is happy to support both HR and day-to-day office needs. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll get involved in:
Responsibilities
Recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and new-hire onboarding
Payroll/HRIS updates, employee records, and reporting
Training coordination and compliance tracking
Employee celebrations, company events, and recognition programs
Office coordination, supplies, scheduling, and administrative support
This could be a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organized, and making the workplace run smoothly. A team player with a “no job too big or too small” attitude will do well here!
Required Skills
3+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Discretion when handling confidential information
Manufacturing experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
