Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Customer Sales Representative is based in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, responding to inquiries, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. The individual will identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions and sales data to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and pipeline management
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and results-driven attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous
