Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Oncology experience preferred, not required.
Unit Details:
The assignment is on 4 West, a medical-surgical/oncology unit.
Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Unit work includes CVC line draws, IV starts, and medication administration.
Equipment includes Hoyer lifts, Arjo equipment, Alaris pumps, epidural/PCA pumps, Kangaroo pumps, wound vacs, and high-flow O2.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or the alternative certification ACLS
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• RN-BC (Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
• PCCN (Progressive Care Nursing (Adult))
• CMSRN (Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse)
