The Role:
Join a fast-paced investment operations team in a service-first role where you’ll be the voice financial advisors rely on. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will spend most of your day on inbound calls with advisors. You’ll answer questions, research complex situations, and deliver clear resolutions. You will also process corporate actions, dividends, and related investment transactions with a high level of accuracy. It’s an excellent opportunity for a polished, coachable customer service professional who wants to build a career in financial services.
Customer service experience in an inbound phone queue, handling phone and email with a polite, professional manner
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Eagerness to learn and a coachable attitude
Processing or back-office operations background
Familiarity with dividends, reorganizations, or securities reconciliation
