A leading quantitative investment firm is looking for a
Junior Electronic Trader
to join a multi-asset trading team.
This is a hands-on opportunity combining
electronic trading, execution analysis, transaction cost analysis, and market structure .
Participate directly in the electronic execution process
Analyze trading performance and transaction costs
Study liquidity, market structure, brokers, venues, and trading algorithms
Work with large trading and market datasets
Build analytical tools to identify opportunities for better execution
Help improve execution strategies, algorithm selection, and trading workflows
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis
Understanding of TCA, execution measurement, liquidity, and transaction costs
Exposure to electronic execution, trading algorithms, and broker/venue analysis
STEM, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative degree
Strong interest in financial markets and systematic investing
