[ARTE MUSEUM]
ARTE MUSEUM is an immersive media art exhibition space presented by d’strict, acclaimed for creating the public media art piece “WAVE” at COEX in Korea. Exhibits at ARTE MUSEUM center on the theme “ETERNAL NATURE,” reinterpreting various elements and spaces of nature as immersive media art. Brought to life through the fusion of digital media technology and visual creativity, the artworks capture nature’s eternal qualities and allow visitors to experience nature unconstrained by time and space.
ARTE MUSEUM is a global exhibition brand that launched its first venue in Jeju, South Korea, in September 2020. Since then, it has expanded to major cities around the world, welcoming a cumulative total of more than five million visitors and winning several global design awards, including the iF Design Award.

Operations Team Member Position Summary
Operations Team Members are the heart of the ARTE MUSEUM guest experience. They are the first faces visitors see and the team that keeps every corner of the museum running smoothly. From welcoming guests at the front desk to maintaining the beauty of the exhibition floor, Operations Team Members rotate across key functions, including Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Café. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in creating memorable moments for every visitor, this role is for you.
Operations Team Member
Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, so every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive
Deliver accurate, engaging information about the exhibition, ticketing, and museum policies
Reception and Ticket Checking
Verify tickets and validate eligibility for special discounts
Manage crowd flow at lobbies and entrances
Oversee stroller and wheelchair rentals, storage lockers, and VIP invitation tickets
Handle emergencies and resolve guest concerns professionally
Rounding (Exhibition Floor)
Patrol the exhibition zones to ensure content quality, including mapping, warping, and focus integrity
Promptly report any content or facility issues to the relevant team
Maintain zone cleanliness and guest comfort, including temperature and scent control
Organize interactive stations (Live Sketchbook, STAR RAINDROPS, etc.) and collect lost items
MD Shop
Assist guests with product information and purchases
Manage inventory, stocking, and quarterly audits
Process payments, exchanges, and refunds; oversee cash handling and deliveries
Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
Café
Take guest orders, and prepare and serve beverages with care
Maintain daily inventory records and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in guests
Job
Available for full-time employment only (40 hours per week); part-time availability will not be considered
Physically able to stay on your feet for extended periods, walk throughout the museum, and lift up to 15–20 lbs
Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Card required for café rotation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong customer service orientation with warm, professional communication skills
Active listening and clear verbal communication; able to explain exhibition content in an engaging way
Proactive, adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset
Able to handle emergencies calmly and follow operational guidelines
Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Work within a globally expanding brand alongside a passionate, creative team
Contribute directly to shaping the guest experience at ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas

Shift A:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift B:
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift C:
2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Rotating shifts are required, and availability on weekends and holidays is a must.

Expected Hours:
40 hours per week
Pay:
$18.00 per hour (non-exempt)
