We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to work directly with the CEO and support the continued growth of our insurance and financial services agency.

* What You’ll Do**

Support the CEO and agency team with administrative and organizational needs

Assist with growth initiatives, including peer acquisition

Help improve processes, efficiency, and consistency

Communicate with clients and business partners in a professional, helpful manner

Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

Look for ways to improve the business—and take the initiative to make things happen
