Role Description

Brite Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients or internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll execution, payroll tax deductions, overtime and benefits calculations, garnishments, and payroll record maintenance. The role also involves resolving payroll discrepancies, responding to employee and client inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Collect, review, and validate payroll data, including wages, overtime, bonuses, benefits, and deductions.
Calculate and process payroll taxes, garnishments, and other statutory deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with HR, finance, and clients to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Use payroll software and MS Excel to process data, reconcile payroll, and prepare reports.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, and internal processes.
Handle confidential employee and client information with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll administration and end-to-end payroll processing.
Understanding of payroll taxes, statutory deductions, garnishments, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Experience in payroll services, preferably in a consulting, outsourcing, or multi-client environment.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Lahore District.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with hands-on experience in US payroll processing and payroll platforms such as ADP will be preferred, where applicable.
