Develop and execute manual and automated tests using QTest, CRT and applicable Salesforce testing capabilities.
Test Salesforce standard
and custom functionality, including objects, fields, workflows/flows, validation rules, business rules, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and other configurations or customizations.
Validate Salesforce integrations
with external applications and systems, including APIs, web services, inbound/outbound interfaces, data exchanges, and error handling.
Validate Salesforce data migration, transformation, integrity,
relationships, completeness, and accuracy against approved business requirements.
Strong experience in
Salesforce
functional and end-to-end testing.
Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Experienced in functional, regression, integration, end-to end, system, and user acceptance testing.
Proficient in SOQL and
SQL
for
data validation
and database testing.
Skilled in
API testing
using REST and SOAP web services.
Experience with test automation tools such as
Tricentis TOSCA or CRT (Copado robotic Testing)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
Experienced in Salesforce data migration, data validation, and data integrity testing.
Ability to work in rapidly changing environment
Healthcare/Child Welfare domain experience.
