Insight Global is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to join a growing commercial construction team in the Richmond market. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional who wants hands-on exposure to project management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and client coordination while working alongside experienced construction leaders.

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project records
Coordinate communication between field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams
Assist with document control and ensure project information remains organized and up to date
Support project scheduling, procurement activities, and material tracking
Help monitor project milestones, deadlines, and action items
Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up items as needed
Gain exposure to estimating, takeoffs, budgeting, and project management processes
Required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term career growth
Interest in developing a career in construction project management
Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
