Great opportunity with our client, a
national engineering consulting and professional services firm, specializing in Civil Engineering, MEP and Architecture solutions , is hiring to replace someone retiring.
We are
seeking a Principal, Chief or Senior Engineer with a
PE (Professional Engineer) to lead the Mechanical piece of Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection projects.
This is onsite in Tampa, FL, open to relocation assistance. We are looking at relevant experience targeting $160-185k base compensation. There is an opportunity to sell projects for added incentives.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of project management
Strong knowledge of the MEP codes and standards
Oversee two Engineering teams in Florida and Texas
Lead large-scale MEP projects from concept to design, installation and closeout
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships
Be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders: clients, architects and contractors
Develop and maintain the project budgets, schedules and resource plans and mitigate risks
Conduct the project reviews and progress meetings and reporting
Drive project management processes and procedures with the team
