Senior Field Service Technician

Hialeah, commutable from Miami Gardens, Doral, Miramar, Hollywood and North Miami.

Are you a hands-on Mechanical or Electrical Technician with strong people skills, looking to become the face of a global organisation while travelling across the US and internationally?

This is a high-impact position with an established global manufacturer, representing the business at customer sites, industry events and trade shows, while working directly with premium clients and contractors.

You'll act as a key technical ambassador, building relationships, managing customer expectations and staying hands-on with mechanical installations, electrical troubleshooting and low-voltage systems.

This is ideal for someone from field service, maintenance, installation or electromechanical engineering who enjoys travelling, meeting people and taking ownership, with long-term leadership opportunities.

The Role

Carry out hands-on installations and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

Represent the company at customer sites, industry events and trade shows

Build client relationships and help develop the field service operation

Approximately 50% domestic travel, with occasional international trips

The Person

Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

Background in field service, maintenance or installation

Excellent communication skills, confident representing a global organisation

Comfortable with 50% travel; bilingual English/Spanish beneficial
