Electrical Commissioning Project Manager (Cx PM)
Travel Monday- Friday- assigned to one sight
Up to $175,000 base salary + car allowance, accomdation and travel covered with 30-40% manager commission scheme.
in project/construction/commissioning management; 8+ years in system commissioning/startup (electrical/mechanical).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong understanding of electrical construction preferred
Travel:
75–100% (onsite if live local to project site)
Manage QA/QC and commissioning scopes, schedules, and budgets
Lead commissioning/startup meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and 3rd-party agencies
Develop and implement project-specific safety and quality plans
Track and resolve QA/QC and commissioning issues
Support recruiting, mentoring, and performance development of team members
Foster a positive, safety-focused, and results-driven team culture
