Salary/Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on skills and experience
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Managing and overseeing field service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Leading, training, and mentoring field service technicians for optimal performance
Coordinating schedules, resources, and assignments to deliver superior service
Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
Reporting directly to upper management and collaborating with other departments
Handling customer escalations and troubleshooting complex technical issues onsite
Monitoring service metrics, analyzing data to drive operational improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity
Have proven experience in field service management or similar leadership roles (required)
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Are knowledgeable about safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing or technical services
Can effectively analyze service metrics and implement operational improvements
Hold a relevant technical or engineering degree (preferred, but not required)
