Temporary Medical Receptionist
to their team. This is a contract position expected to last 4 months.

Position Overview
The Temporary Medical Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of our medical clinic and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. This position supports daily clinic operations through administrative and front-office responsibilities, patient coordination, and customer service. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Of The Medical Receptionist
Greet patients and visitors while providing a high level of customer service.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Complete patient intake and process required documentation.
Collect, verify, and update medical insurance information.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Order and receive office and medical supplies.
Track and manage office inventory.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and patient privacy requirements.
Required Experience/Skills For The Medical Receptionist
Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and comfortable working a contract position.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Medical Receptionist
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for patient care.
Interest in professional growth within a healthcare organization.
Education
High school diploma or GED is required.
