Build great rapport \"second to none\" with clients by constantly communicating with applicants.

Become the candidate's \"Talent Acquisition Specialist\" by connecting them to the best client possible

Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.

Source and contact candidates through ATS system and online (Indeed)

Attend job fairs, career fairs, and community events

Complete onboarding process (I-9, drug screen, background inquiries, etc)

Create a talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities

Keep detailed records of candidates' information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations, etc.

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Proven work experience in the staffing industry, specifically in a Recruiting role

Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, etc)

Knowledge of job boards and ATS.
