Role Description

The Freelancer/Lead Generation Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, networking, and outreach across relevant platforms and channels. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining lead lists, initiating contact with potential clients, and sharing information about Dream Job By IQK’s services. The role involves collaborating with the sales and coaching teams to hand off qualified leads, track conversion outcomes, and refine targeting strategies. The specialist will also document lead interactions, monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve lead generation processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, including confident outreach, persuasive presentation, and clear follow-up.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze markets, platforms, and target audiences for high-quality lead sourcing.
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead tracking systems is beneficial.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet part-time performance targets.
Prior experience in recruitment services, career coaching, or digital marketing is a plus.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in freelancing, lead generation, or business development.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, research, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
