Position: Application Specialist for Utahregion
The candidate must live in or around the Salt Lake City area. The qualified candidate will be responsible for technical support in that area.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Application Specialist to join our team in the Utah Region. This is your chance to work with a global leader in tooling solutions and help shape the future of the machining industry.
As an Application Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers—understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Deliver customer productivity and cost savings by utilizing the full Coromant product and service offering
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience of at least 10 years in a shop)
Hands-on experience with CNC machining , CAD/CAM , and cutting tools
Proven success in problem solving technical applications in a shop environment
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
