Kelly Engineering is seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
to join our client's team. In this role, you'll support advanced robotics and automation systems by performing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping maximize system uptime.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on robots, automated systems, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.
Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new equipment and systems.
Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergency situations, escalating issues as needed.
Submit daily and weekly maintenance reports and coordinate closely with site team leaders to prioritize work.
Build strong relationships with on-site client leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Slack, CMMS, and SharePoint.
Exposure to robotics
Ability to safely use standard hand tools.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Work at heights of up to 50 feet.
Operate aerial lifts with a manufacturer-rated capacity of 250 lbs., including approximately 30 lbs. of tools and equipment.
Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to access equipment.
Perform overhead work requiring extended reaching and manual dexterity.
