Venue & Sales Director | A View Venues | $110K to $120K Earning Potential

We're not looking for a manager. We're looking for the person who runs the show.

A View Venues is one of the largest family owned wedding and event venue groups in the Omaha area, with thousands of weddings and corporate events behind us and a lot more growth ahead. Our previous owner got here with a right hand who ran everything, so she could focus on the big picture. Now our new owner needs a right hand of her own. That's you: the director who takes the keys to the whole operation (sales, scheduling, staff, systems, and results) across all of our locations, and works hand in hand with ownership to keep the company growing.

Your résumé doesn't need the word \"wedding\" or \"events\" on it. It needs the words \"led,\" \"grew,\" and \"closed.\" If you've built a team and driven sales in any fast-paced, customer-facing business, this could be your next big move.

What you'll run

The whole venue operation:

day-to-day leadership across our three locations, so every event runs smoothly and every client feels like a VIP

The sales team:

coach, train, and hold our wedding sales team accountable to their monthly goals

Your own bookings:

close at least 2 weddings a month yourself. You lead from the front.

Teams and departments:

oversee decor, room set, and back-of-house crews, with clear roles and a clear chain of command

Scheduling and staffing:

build schedules that work for the team and the business

Systems and processes:

SOPs, inventory, client communication, and follow-up, all running like clockwork, and automated with AI wherever a machine can do it better

Goals and reporting:

set monthly targets, track the numbers, and report results directly to ownership

you've led managers, owned results, and built systems that last

You've sold, and you still love closing

You're

seriously into AI , not just a casual chatbot user. Maybe you've already built automations, connected apps, written a little code, or set up AI workflows that do real work. Or maybe you're actively teaching yourself right now and picking it up fast. Either way, words like \"Zapier,\" \"prompt engineering,\" \"CRM integration,\" and \"data pipeline\" don't scare you. They excite you.

You're organized to the bone: calendars, checklists, and follow-up are your love language

You can handle five problems before lunch and still lead with a smile

You know leadership isn't eight and skate. This is a 45 to 50 hour week, including evenings, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday when events call for it, and you're fired up about it

$75,000 starting salary, increasing to $80,000 after 90 days

Bonus for every wedding you personally book

Plus a team bonus

when your sales team hits its goals

The details

Full-time leadership role, 45 to 50 hours a week

Reports directly to ownership

Evenings and Saturdays, plus the occasional Sunday when events call for it
