Putting in the hours for Partners who barely know your name? In Tyler the Partners work closely with their Seniors, your hours flex once busy season ends, and Audit Seniors earn $90,000 to $110,000.

This independent mid market CPA firm has around 150 people across three Texas offices. Big enough for a strong client base and a real path forward, small enough that your work gets noticed by the people making decisions.
