Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day business, administrative, and operational activities at a facility in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position involving staff, inventory, purchasing, billing, documentation, logistics, and general business operations.

The role ensures daily operations are completed efficiently and on time, with accurate records and coordination between management, staff, suppliers, customers, sales, and technical teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance and performance, managing inventory and stock movement, coordinating purchases and deliveries, preparing invoices and operational reports, maintaining business documentation, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

The successful candidate will identify areas for improvement, establish efficient workflows, support operational planning, and contribute to company growth and efficiency.
