We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Registered Client Associate to support financial advisors and assist with the day-to-day servicing of client accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors and their clients.
Assist with account openings, transfers, maintenance, and documentation.
Process client requests, transactions, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
Support advisors with daily operations and overall client relationship management.
Active
Series 7 and Series 63 and Series 65, or Series 66
licenses required.
Fluency in
English and Spanish
required.
Previous experience in a registered client associate, client service, or financial services support role preferred.
Knowledge of brokerage operations, investment products, and client account procedures.
