Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chat Support Assistant to contribute in the execution of digital outreach campaigns and lead engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outgoing communications, responding to inbound messages, organizing lead information, and ensuring campaign processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist in execution of marketing campaigns including Text Marketing and other out bound marketing campaigns.
Respond all the incoming leads from Text Marketing.
Conduct data analysis to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and data analysis.
Motivated to work on same task for long periods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Must Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Details:

Timings: 6PM to 3AM (Night Shift)
Location: Johar Town Lahore
Salary Package: 50,000/- PKR
After 6 months: 70,000/- PKR

Note:

An on-site test will be conducted to assess English Communication Skills
