It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.**About the role:**Person will be responsible to manage and provide front line support for all New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by way of execution of trials at shop floor, laboratory works & close coordination with cross functional team as a part of project team in technical transfer at site and perform process trouble shooting to provide technical support to production. **Key responsibiliites:*** Support cross-functional teams in the execution of product transfers, launches, line extensions and technology transfer activities.* Contribute to Site Impact Assessments (SIA) by collecting data from relevant functions and supporting the evaluation of site capabilities, costs, resources, and timelines.* Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of project plans, timelines, action trackers, and risk registers.* Prepare and execute laboratory, pilot, engineering, and validation trial batches to assess product and process feasibility.* Support product transfer, scale-up, registration, validation, and launch activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.* Prepare, compile, review, and maintain technical documentation required for product development, technology transfer, and regulatory submissions.* Assist in preparation of product costing information and coordinate with Finance, Production, and Quality teams to resolve costing-related queries.* Apply technical knowledge of APIs, excipients, formulations, and packaging materials to support product development and manufacturing activities.* Support Procurement in the technical evaluation and sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials.* Assist in preparing CTD-related technical documents and supporting information for regulatory submissions.* Provide support in product and process related investigations including complaints, OOE,OOS and Deviation to identify root causes of product and process failure.* Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines **Candidate profile:*** B-Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent BS Degree in scientific/ Engineering.* In depth knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines, B.P and USP, applicable regulations and standards routinely used in the pharmaceutical industry **Why Haleon?**The future of everyday health is changing.
