What you will do each day:
Reach out to clients by phone and in person to schedule and confirm appointments
Prepare materials and follow up after meetings so nothing falls through the cracks
Track client information accurately and keep records organized
Answer questions, listen to concerns, and connect clients with the right resources
Support your team during busy periods and contribute to shared goals
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.
