Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day eCommerce operations across Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping business models.
- Conduct product, market, competitor, and supplier research to identify profitable products and business opportunities.
- Assist with product selection, sourcing, pricing, listing, launch planning, and overall product lifecycle management.
- Coordinate and support the complete product launch process, from research and preparation to execution and performance monitoring.
- Manage and coordinate team members, assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination.
- Assist management with daily operational tasks, reporting, documentation, research, and decision-making.
- Monitor ongoing eCommerce operations and identify issues, delays, or opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and updates related to products, operations, team performance, and business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of eCommerce business models, particularly Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping.
- Strong understanding of product research, market research, competitor analysis, sourcing, product launching, and eCommerce operations.
- Previous experience managing or coordinating a team is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to assist management, coordinate multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
