We are representing a well-capitalized regional financial institution actively expanding its commercial presence across Louisiana and the Gulf South. This is a true production role—not a back-office portfolio maintenance seat. You’ll have the autonomy, credit support, and infrastructure to grow meaningful relationships and be rewarded directly for performance.
About the Role
Build a real book with a bank that actually supports production. If you’re feeling capped, slowed down by credit process, or limited in earnings potential, this is worth a confidential conversation.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a $10MM–$50MM+ commercial portfolio
Develop new C&I and CRE relationships in your market
Structure, originate, and close commercial credits
Maintain strong asset quality while growing revenue
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
Exceptional financial analysis, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and local market trends.
Pay range and compensation package
Up to $225K+ when including bonus!
