A leading construction company is hiring a Construction Quality Manager to support our client’s engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning projects. This permanent role is based on-site in Idaho, requiring extensive quality oversight and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mining or heavy industry project environments to ensure project excellence.

Construction Quality Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with company and client standards.

Lead efforts to cultivate a culture of quality across project teams and contractors.

Oversee compliance with industry standards and review inspection/test plans, procedures, and work instructions.

Manage vendor and subcontractor qualification processes, source inspections, and validation activities.

Monitor construction and commissioning work to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, and handle non-conformance reports to ensure timely resolutions.

Construction Quality Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.

Over 10 years of quality management experience within mining, heavy industry, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in EPCC project environments, especially large mining infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM) or Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
