Are you looking to grow in a firm where your work matters and your growth is supported? ARU Business Services is a fast-growing CPA and Wealth Management firm seeking a Tax Accountant who’s ready to learn, take ownership, and deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare business and personal tax returns for small businesses and individuals
Assist with general business and financial questions from clients, becoming a trusted partner in their success
Support clients with accounting services, including preparation and review of financial statements
Participate in client meetings to review tax filings and provide strategic insights
Collaborate on tax planning strategies and long-term financial goals
Take initiative and contribute to the success of a close-knit, professional team
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required)
Master's degree in Accounting (Preferred)
CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification (Required)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proactive attitude and ownership of your work
Work experience at a Big 4 or Public Accounting company (Preferred)
