The Company

We provide innovative design, installation and true 24/7 service to our commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Designs and configures complex building automation and HVAC control systems including integration to other low voltage systems.
Selects hardware, transducers and other components required to interface with controlled equipment.
Provides detailed information to communicate design intent to customers and subcontractors including flow diagrams, point to point wiring diagrams, riser diagrams, IO summaries, sequences of operation, equipment schedules, and product data sheets.
Completes project layout based on proposal, specifications and discussion with sales engineers and project engineers.
Coordinates field changes from the project team to create as-built drawings.
Prepares proper documentation and/or manuals for systems operation.
Participates in meetings with consulting engineers and project owners to resolve conflicts.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Ability to read & interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Design software knowledge required, AutoCAD preferred.Ability to analyze control system drawings and schedules a plus.
Schneider Electric/Andover Controls product knowledge, a plus.
