5+ Years of Hands-on PolyPaths Experience
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including agency MBS, CMOs, TBAs, non-agency RMBS, CMBS, and ABS.
Solid understanding of fixed-income and mortgage-risk analytics, including OAS, duration, convexity, VaR, sensitivities, scenario analysis, stress testing, and P&L explain.
Strong Python programming skills for production automation, data processing, and validation.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development and performance tuning.
Enterprise ETL experience with SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, DataStage, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, notebooks, and job orchestration.
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
