Coordinate international ocean freight shipments from China to the United States, including full and less-than-container load shipments, booking schedules, cargo consolidation, vessel status updates, customs clearance, drayage, and final delivery.
Manage relationships with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers across the U.S., overseeing receiving, inventory management, warehouse capacity, order allocation, fulfillment, outbound shipping, and the resolution of returns or inventory discrepancies.

Evaluate the performance of freight forwarders, transportation providers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely service, accurate paperwork, cost efficiency, and compliance with retailer requirements. Research and resolve retailer chargebacks as needed.
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory reports using AMT and Excel, providing regular updates on shipment arrivals, warehouse processing backlogs, order fulfillment, transportation expenses, 3PL costs, and outstanding issues.
Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline freight planning, optimize container utilization, strengthen inventory accuracy, improve warehouse efficiency, and enhance coordination between internal teams and external partners.
5–8+ years of experience in international logistics, import operations, and warehouse management, including hands-on responsibility for ocean freight shipments from China to the U.S.
Demonstrated experience managing third-party distribution and fulfillment operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with retailer shipping guidelines and EDI/ASN requirements.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP, inventory management, and logistics reporting systems; experience with AMT is a plus.
