Drive full-cycle recruitment in a true 360 capacity, managing both client partnerships and candidate relationships
Develop and expand business within the Life Sciences market through strategic relationship building and market mapping
Identify new opportunities with prospective and existing clients to support division growth
Build, maintain, and continuously strengthen a pipeline of high-caliber Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needs
Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings
Partner closely with clients to understand hiring goals, market trends, and workforce challenges
Consistently meet and exceed recruiting, business development, and revenue targets
Proven success within the Life Sciences recruitment market, preferably in a 360 or agency environment
Strong business development mindset with experience building and managing client relationships
High-energy, entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for relationship-driven sales and recruiting
Demonstrated track record of achieving quotas and performance goals

Base salary: $70,000-$90,000 plus commission
