Construction Project Manager | Energy & Building Performance
Hybrid - Denver, CO
We are partnered with a growing Engineering & Construction firm to find a Construction Project Manager as part of a brand new role on the team.
Specializing in
energy efficiency, building performance, and facility modernization,
the company delivers turnkey projects that transform commercial, institutional, and public-sector facilities into high-performing, energy-efficient environments. By bringing engineering, construction, and commissioning together under one roof, the business eliminates many of the traditional handoffs and inefficiencies associated with conventional project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than traditional construction management. You’ll take ownership of technically complex projects from pre-construction through final commissioning, with significant exposure to mechanical and electrical systems, energy infrastructure, and design-build delivery.
What we’re looking for
Strong pre-construction, budgeting, procurement, buyout, risk analysis, and scope-writing capabilities
Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and project financials
Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, safety requirements, and building codes
Exposure to MEP Construction within a GC, Contractor or Design Build setup is highly desirable
Familiarity with energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, building performance, or related technologies would be advantageous, but not essential
Proficiency with platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Premier, or similar construction/project management software
Alongside delivering projects, there is a lot of scope for leadership progression on a growing team. Anyone with additional mentoring or managing experience is encouraged to apply.
What’s On Offer
$150K–$190K total compensation
Flexible hybrid schedule
Excellent PTO
Generous 401(k) match
Employer-paid health insurance
Professional development budget
Relocation assistance
This is a strong opportunity for a Construction Project Manager who enjoys technically challenging
projects
and wants to join a progressive design-build environment.
