Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for a high-end financial services client. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a high-touch environment while collaborating with a technical development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to onsite users.

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user technology.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and common business applications.
Diagnose basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related technical issues.
Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access management.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate with internal IT and development teams.
Deliver responsive, professional technical support in a high-end client environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user hardware.
Basic understanding of networking, Active Directory, and IT security practices.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable working onsite and independently.
Russian language skills are a plus, given collaboration with a Russian-speaking development team.
Experience supporting financial services, executive users, or high-touch environment
