Project Leadership
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Identify and mitigate project risks early in the lifecycle.
Provide strategic direction and resources to achieve project success.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier GCs, CMs, architects, and developer clients.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Team Development and Collaboration
Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the project team.
Project Management:
Excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Focus:
Ability to understand and meet client needs.
Communication:
Effective communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Work
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the GFRC UHPC industry.
Requirement:
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Travel Expectations:
The ability to travel regularly to job sites or manufacturing plant as needed, +50% travel.
