AI & Agentic Systems Developer

Faaz Tech · India

FULL TIME

Job Description

The era of static applications is over; the era of autonomous agents has arrived. At FAAZ TECH, we are building the next generation of intelligent software that doesn’t just display data—it acts on it. We are looking for an AI Developer who is passionate about agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and creating systems that think, plan, and execute tasks autonomously. If you are excited by the challenge of moving beyond simple chat interfaces into the world of multi-agent systems, this is your home.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Orchestration: Build and scale agentic workflows that can reason, break down tasks, and execute complex logic.
LLM Integration: Work with latest LLM APIs and local models to implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
System Architecture: Design robust, reliable pipelines that integrate AI decision-making into core business logic.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the latency and cost-effectiveness of AI-driven features, ensuring high performance at scale.
Data Engineering: Manage Vector Databases (like Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector) to provide intelligent context to our agents.
R&D: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, experimenting with new frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) to keep FAAZ TECH ahead of the curve.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a deep focus on Node.js/TypeScript.
Proven experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and/or open-source model ecosystems.
Solid grasp of RAG patterns, vector search, and prompt engineering best practices.
Familiarity with the “Agentic” paradigm—you understand what it takes to build a system that can “loop” and self-correct.
Strong proficiency in building scalable APIs that bridge the gap between frontend interfaces and AI backends.
A “researcher’s mindset”: You don’t just use tools; you understand how to debug the unpredictable nature of AI outputs.

Why FAAZ TECH?

At FAAZ TECH, we don’t just “use AI”—we are engineering the infrastructure for the autonomous web. You won’t be maintaining legacy code; you will be helping us define how businesses interact with intelligence. If you are ready to ship software that is truly “alive,” join us.
