On-Site Lead
to serve as the primary point of contact for our workforce at one of our valued manufacturing partners.
In this role, you'll make a real impact every day by supporting employees, partnering with client leadership, and helping keep operations running smoothly. If you're a natural leader who enjoys working with people and wants an opportunity to grow your career in staffing and workforce management, we'd love to meet you.
Serving as the main point of contact for employees working on-site
Monitoring daily attendance and coordinating staffing coverage
Conducting new hire orientations and helping employees get off to a successful start
Supporting employee relations by resolving attendance, payroll, onboarding, and workplace concerns
Building strong relationships with client supervisors and department leaders
Promoting a safe work environment through regular floor walkthroughs and PPE compliance
Managing workforce changes based on production needs
Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce documentation
Helping identify employees ready for advancement opportunities
Assisting with bilingual communication and translation when needed (Spanish preferred but not required)
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in staffing, manufacturing, operations, or workforce management preferred
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teams
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
