Askari Bank Limited is inviting applications from experienced banking professionals for the position of Branch Manager at its Gohadpur Branch, Sialkot under the Retail Banking Group.

Employment Type: Regular / Full-Time
Lead branch operations, administration, and staff management
Ensure achievement of financial targets with a focus on current and total deposits
Monitor KYC, AML/CFT compliance, and ensure adherence to SOPs
Handle client relationship management, business development, and account acquisition
Maintain regulatory and operational compliance including documentation, exception handling, and due diligence
Drive cross-sell initiatives and KPI achievements (trade, guarantees, consumer, banca etc.)
Review HR needs, assess workloads, and contribute to staff motivation and training
Ensure timely audit rectifications and proactive issue resolution
Education: Preferably Master’s in Economics, Commerce, Business Management, or Marketing from HEC recognized or foreign university
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team management role
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, banking products, and TBML compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
