We're Hiring: Director of Operations | Doctor-Owned General & Multispecialty Dentistry | Seattle, Washington.

A $15M dental organization runs on its systems. We're looking for a leader to strengthen and scale them.

We're a growing general and multispecialty dental group seeking an experienced Director of Operations to turn strategy into consistent execution. You'll report directly to the Owner & CEO and have real authority to shape our growth.

What you'll lead

Daily operations across general dentistry and specialties, e.g., orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery & prosthodontics.

Budgeting, practice performance, and financial accountability

Human Resources, Manager coaching, and team development

Scheduling, patient flow, staffing, and resource utilization

Revenue cycle performance with our billing and administrative teams

Scalable systems that support sustainable growth

Partnership with clinical leaders so operational goals serve quality patient care

What you bring

Operations leadership in dentistry, ideally in a multiple-doctor, multispecialty organization
Strong financial judgment and fluency with performance metrics
A record of developing leaders and building accountable teams
Composure and follow-through in a busy clinical environment
A collaborative style and respect for clinical judgment
