Role Description

The Sales Talent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sindh, Pakistan. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Bizit360's legal and business support services, and building strong relationships to drive new business. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls and meetings, understanding client requirements, and recommending appropriate service packages. The Sales Talent will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintain accurate records of interactions in sales tools or CRM systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients. The role also includes providing basic guidance on services, supporting client onboarding, and participating in sales training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support knowledge sharing, onboarding of new team members, or educating clients about services.
Ability to understand legal and business support services and explain them clearly to clients.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in services or consulting sectors.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts.
Comfort working in an on-site environment in Sindh, Pakistan, with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience will also be considered.
