Requirements

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Commitment to excellent customer service and passion for serving NYCHA residents.

· Proficiency in MS Office and excellent data entry skills.

Past related professional experience, in community outreach, pre-screening, employment and retention or case management for job training or job readiness programs.
Ability to independently and as part of a team

Recruitment and outreach

Stakeholder and employer engagement/communication

Participant support, communication, employment assistance, and retention support

Data entry, progress notes and outcome tracking and reporting
