Job Description

We are looking for confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives who can make calls, build relationships with potential clients, and turn conversations into successful sales.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy talking to customers, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by earning commission based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
Introduce our products or services and explain their value clearly.
Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales process.
Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
Negotiate with prospects and close deals successfully.
Work towards sales targets and maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Confidence in making calls and speaking with potential clients.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
A positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a results‑driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage follow‑ups effectively.
Willingness to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK/US time.

Previous sales or telesales experience is an advantage, especially for candidates with a proven ability to close deals. However, we also encourage confident communicators with the right attitude to apply.
