Job Description

S-Tech is seeking Technical Staff for an IT-related role based in Lahore. The successful candidate will help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations and provide practical technical support to colleagues. This role suits a dependable, service-oriented professional who can diagnose common issues, communicate clearly, and follow established procedures while handling company systems and equipment responsibly.

Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of hardware and networking.
Basic knowledge of cabling and wiring.
Basic knowledge of software installation and configuration.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to visit client sites when required.
Fresh candidates with the required technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Willing to relocate.

This is an on-site position in Lahore. The role requires a practical approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn as S-Tech's support needs evolve.

Job Specification

Working knowledge of Windows computers, common business applications, printers, and other workplace hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot basic software, operating system, user account, and connectivity problems methodically.
Familiarity with computer setup, software installation, peripheral configuration, and routine maintenance.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and LAN connectivity.
Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals, safe data handling, updates, passwords, and access controls.
Clear communication and a customer-focused approach when assisting users with different levels of technical knowledge.
Good documentation, prioritization, organization, and follow-through on support requests.
Ability to work independently on routine tasks and recognize when issues require escalation.
Professional conduct, reliability, patience, and eagerness to develop technical knowledge.
