Finance Advisory Business Associate (Finance Advisory)
Location Lahore - Karachi - Islamabad, Pakistan
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
Collecting large datasets, identifying trends, and performing financial or
operational modeling to validate business hypotheses. - Strategic Research: Conducting
comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth
opportunities or industry best practices. - Project Support: Assisting senior
consultants in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they
are delivered on time and within budget. - Deliverable Preparation: Creating
high-quality reports, data visualizations (using tools
like Tableau or Power BI), and slide decks for client
presentations. - Client Relationship Management:
Maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and
helping to implement recommended solutions. - Business Development: Supporting
the sales pipeline by researching leads, preparing proposals, and
assisting with pitch materials.
Key Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s (MBA) is
often preferred for rapid advancement. - Experience: 2+ years of
experience in consulting, business analysis, or high-impact internships. - Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Microsoft
Excel (macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of CRM
tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Project Management
software (JIRA, Asana). - Emerging skill in
using Generative AI for data synthesis and research. - Soft Skills: Critical thinking,
resilience under pressure, and the ability to articulate complex ideas
clearly to C-level stakeholders.
