Full-time | Onsite | Troy, OH | $60,000–$85,000 + Incentive Opportunities
Join Us as a Branch Manager!
Lead & Develop the Team:
Coach, mentor, and develop branch associates while creating an empowered, accountable culture focused on member service, sales, and professional growth.
Grow the Troy Market:
Serve as the local face of the credit union by building relationships with businesses, community organizations, schools, and prospective members throughout Troy and the surrounding area.
Drive Branch Performance:
Lead the team toward membership growth and established sales, service, lending, account relationship, and profitability goals.
Deliver Member Solutions:
Build lasting member relationships by understanding financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and finding solutions within lending and banking guidelines.
Support Lending:
Guide members through consumer lending opportunities, review credit and financial information, and support accurate, compliant loan processing.
Manage Branch Operations:
Oversee staffing, workflow, transactions, cash controls, audits, security, expenses, and daily processes to keep the branch operating efficiently and securely.
Build Community Partnerships:
Create opportunities for financial education, local outreach, referrals, and business development that expand awareness and membership in the Troy market.
Champion the Member
Bachelor’s degree plus related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Credentials:
Ability to obtain Notary Public, Medallion Signature Guarantee, and NMLS credentials after hire.
3+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, financial services, or lending.
Lending & Sales:
Lending experience and the confidence to build relationships, ask for business, and support growth.
Technology:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; understanding credit and credit reports is a plus.
Leadership:
Strong communication, customer service, and people leadership skills with a member-first approach.
Community Connections:
Existing relationships in Troy or the surrounding area are strongly valued, along with the confidence to develop new connections and represent the organization in the community.
Schedule &
Ability to work onsite in Troy and provide leadership coverage around branch operations, including weekday and Saturday hours. Limited local travel and initial training at other area locations may be required.

Take a leadership role in establishing a brand-new Troy location and growing its membership and community presence from the ground up.
