Senior Project Manager / Estimator | Deep Foundations
New Berlin, Wisconsin (Milwaukee area)
Lead projects from estimating and bid preparation through to construction and final delivery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders and profitability.
Develop competitive estimates and help secure new business.
Coordinate with field teams, operations and clients.
Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil or specialist geotechnical construction.
Knowledge of driven piles, sheet piling, drilled shafts, caissons or earth retention systems.
A background in estimating, project management or both.
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of construction costs, methods and delivery.
Candidates from Senior Project Management, Estimating, Construction Management or Field Operations backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
