What You'll Be Doing

Lead complex Strategy & Transformation consulting projects , covering business growth, digital transformation, operating models, and performance improvement.
Develop strategic recommendations and practical implementation roadmaps for financial services clients.
Build and manage strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and support commercial growth.
Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams to deliver high-quality results.
Provide strategic insights into Pakistan's banking, fintech, lending, digital finance, and wider financial services landscape.

Who Are We Looking For?

Strong background in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Transformation .
Previous consulting experience is essential , ideally with a recognized consulting or advisory firm.
Solid experience within Financial Services , particularly banking, fintech, lending, digital banking, or financial services transformation.
Excellent understanding of Pakistan's financial services market , regulatory environment, and industry trends.
Proven experience leading strategic consulting engagements and managing C-suite stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and business development skills.
Excellent English communication skills; Urdu is an advantage.
MBA or relevant master's degree would be an advantage.
Eligible to work in Pakistan and willing to travel when required.
